The RealtyOne800® AdTrakker SINGLE and RESELLER systems come with 100 extensions, 100-199, that can each hold their own unique recording and fax-on-demand document. In order for you to track your advertising efficiently, we automatically copy or mirror each of those 100 extensions four times. Whatever is recorded or loaded in extension 105 is also copied or mirrored on extensions 205, 305, 405, and 505. This allows you to use different extensions in different advertising mediums without you having to record it more than one time. When looking at your call report, you will be able to trace where your caller saw your ad based on the first number of the extension.
