As well as being a telecommunications services provider we are a RespOrg for toll free numbers.  The RespOrg or Responsible Organization is the organization responsible for controlling and maintaining your toll free number (generally your toll free service provider). We are bound by FCC and SMS/800 (800 Service Management System) regulations.  If our company were to go out of business you would be notified by us.  At that time you would have the ability to choose where you would like to take your toll free number.  If you do not reply to the notification that is sent by us regarding your toll free number another RespOrg may choose to become the provider of your toll free number.  This does not mean that you lose the number, it simply means that another RespOrg could start billing you for the use of the toll free number.   At any point you can contact the RespOrg that is maintaining your toll free number and choose to move it to another provider.
