I dial the vanity number I am looking for to see if its available and I get a busy signal. Doesn't that mean it's available?
Companies can own several toll free numbers and they may not all be in use. If you dial a toll free number to see if its available and get a busy signal or a recording that the number is not in service, it may simply mean that the company that owns that number isn't using it at that time.
