Multiple Users
The AdTrakkerMULTI system allows an administrator to control multiple single AdTrakker call capture systems. The administrator will be issued his/her unique toll-free number, and each user on the system will have:
- Personal mailbox with personal settings
- Personal follow-me forwarding numbers and message notification numbers
- Personal unique advertising extensions and mirrored adtrakking extensions that can be loaded with different recordings and fax-back documents
- Unique toll-free number for both voice and fax
- Personal PIN to access personal faxes and messages online, along with personal settings
- Personal E-mail delivery of voice and fax messages
- Personal access to individual statistics and call reporting
