Ad Tracking Extensions
In order for you to track your advertising efficiently, we automatically copy or mirror each of your unique listing extensions four times. Your unique listing extensions will always start with a "1". Your mirrored extensions will start with a "2", "3", "4", or "5". These extensions will have a copy of the recording and fax that you have loaded in the unique extension.
For instance, if you have a recording and fax loaded in extension 105, this same recording and fax will be automatically copied to extensions, 205, 305, 405, and 505. You may decide to use your 105 extension to advertise on your sign rider, extension 205 to advertise the same home in a magazine, extension 305 to advertise the same home on a direct mail piece and so forth. We will send you statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis on which advertising medium is working best.
