Dedicated Fax
A dedicated fax option allows you to have a separate toll free number to give out as your fax number. With this option, you'll actually have two toll-free numbers, but one will be solely for receiving faxes. With the E-Mail Message Delivery feature included with your AdTrakker system, you can have the faxes conveniently emailed directly to you. Or, you can opt to have faxes forwarded to the fax machine of choice or save them online and view/print them from your PC.

Each new user will be assigned their own randomly generated dedicated fax number. Any fax sent to the dedicated fax number will be forwarded to the agent's mailbox where the agent will be able to save the fax, have the fax forwarded to the fax machine of their choice, have the fax Emailed directly to them or be able view/print the fax by logging in to their account online.
