Call Back / Pager Notification
Want to catch that prospect sitting in front of one of your for-sale-signs before she leaves the area? Now you can! With call back and pager notification, we can call or page you instantly after someone has dialed your toll-free number, whether they leave a message or not. We will page or call you with the phone number of the person, along with the extension dialed, even if their number is blocked. Using your WebLINK Internet control panel, you can even set up times and days of the week that you would like to be notified of your calls. If you choose, we can also just call you when actual messages have been left on your system.
Pager Notification
Pager notification numbers can be added by phone or through WebLINK. Pager notification setup is sophisticated enough if special codes or extensions must be dialed to complete a page, the system will dial them for you automatically.
Call Back
Call Back tracks you down similar to Follow-Me-Live-Call-Transfer where it will dial the numbers you are available on in the sequence you've specified through the phone or through WebLINK but in this case delivers a message to you. If it can't find you at any of your numbers it will continue to try back. This is a great alternative to paging.
Our Call Back feature can be used in combination with paging, so if we can't find you by phone, we'll page you to let you know there's a message waiting for you.
