Mailbox Directory Listing
The mailbox directory listing feature is often used by companies who have several people or employees utilizing the system. Instead of listing all of the personal extensions from the initial greeting, you can prompt callers to press #8 to go to a designated extension where you can record the name and extension of all users and/or departments. Callers can listen and choose the appropriate extension.
